【摘要】 集中式长租公寓作为一种以共享空间和交往氛围营造为特色的新型租住模式，受到青年群体的青睐。本文基于满意度理论，通过实地调研和问卷调查，采用结构方程分析方法，对共享空间使用满意度进行路径假设并进行实证分析。结果表明：空间环境、便利程度、人际交往对共享空间使用满意度均有显著的正向影响，共享空间使用满意度对共享空间参与意向、公寓忠诚度有显著的正向影响，共享空间参与意向公寓忠诚度有显著的正向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Centralized long-term rental apartments, as a new type of rental model characterized by the creation of public spaces and social atmosphere, are favored by young people. Based on the ACSI American customer satisfaction model, through field investigations and questionnaire surveys, this artitle uses structural equation analysis methods to make path assumptions and empirical analysis on utilization satisfaction of current shared space. The results show that: spatial environment, convenience,and interpersonal communication have significant positive impacts on the satisfaction of shared space use, which also has a significant positive impact on shared space participation intentions and apartment loyalty.更多还原
