【摘要】 基于创新生态系统理论，聚焦陕西省14次哲学社会科学优秀成果奖评奖数据，分别从获奖总量等级分布、获奖成果所属类别、获奖高校研究竞争力、获奖成果学科分布等维度进行分析，总结近年来陕西省高校哲学社会科学工作建设发展成效，为新时代高校哲学社会科学工作高质量发展提供参考。结果表明：获奖成果数量经历了高峰期、波动期和稳定期3个阶段，评奖体系对具有学理深度和学术厚度的高水平、高等级研究成果的重视程度不断提高，为党和政府决策提供咨询服务的对策建议类研究成果日益受到重视；相较于社会学科，人文学科获奖成果数量相对偏少且获奖等级不高，而理工类高校哲学社会科学建设成果逐步凸显。基于分析结果，提出推动在陕高校哲学社会科学科研工作高质量发展的建议，包括进一步强化研究成果的创新质量、学术贡献和学科特色；提高调研报告类成果获奖占比；培育和产出更多具有原创性、引领性的研究成果；推动构建多元化的学术话语体系等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem, focusing on the data of 14 awards for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences in Shaanxi province, this paper analyzes the total number of awards, the category of awards, the research competitiveness of award-winning universities, the discipline distribution of awardwinning achievements and other dimensions, summarizes the development results of philosophy and social science work in universities in Shaanxi in recent years, and provides reference for the high-quality development of philosophy and social science work in universities in the new era. The results show that the number of award-winning achievements has gone through three stages: peak period, fluctuation period and stability period, the awarding system pays more attention to high-level and high-grade research achievements with academic depth and academic thickness, and the research achievements of countermeasures and suggestions that provide advisory services for the decision-making of the Party and the government are increasingly valued; compared with social disciplines, the number of award-winning achievements in humanities is relatively small and the award-winning level is not high, while the achievements in philosophy and social science construction in science and engineering universities are gradually highlighted. Based on the analysis results, it puts forward suggestions to promote the high-quality development of philosophy and social science research in Shaanxi universities, including further strengthening the innovative quality, academic contribution and discipline characteristics of research results, increasing the proportion of awards for research report achievements,cultivating and producing more original and leading research results, and promoting the construction of a diversified academic discourse system.更多还原
