区域创新的驱动因素组态与路径识别——基于中国31个省份的模糊集定性比较分析
Configuration and Path Identification of Driving Factors of Regional Innovation Based on fsQCA Analysis of 31 Provinces and Cities in China
【摘要】 基于组态视角,以中国31个省份作为案例分析样本,运用fs QCA方法探讨区域创新能力驱动因素之间的互动关系。研究发现,高技术是驱动区域高创新水平的必要条件,高技术人才和高技术企业是推动区域创新水平提高的必要条件;形成区域高创新水平的驱动路径共有5条,非高创新水平的驱动路径有4条,两者存在非对称关系;在特定的客观禀赋条件下,政府投入、市场、组织等驱动因素之间具有替代关系,通过互相替代以殊途同归的方式提升区域创新水平。
【Abstract】 Innovation ability is one of the key factors to promote high-quality development. Based on the configuration perspective, with 31 provinces in China as case analysis samples, the fsQCA method is used to explore the driving factors of regional innovation capabilities and the interaction between factors. The study found that high technology is a necessary condition for improving the level of regional innovation, high-tech talents and high-tech enterprises are necessary factors to promote the improvement of regional innovation. There are 5 driving paths that form a high level of innovation in the region, and 4 paths for low innovation levels. There is an asymmetric relationship between the two. Under certain objective endowment conditions, there is an alternative relationship between government, market, organization and other driving factors, and the level of regional innovation can be improved through mutual substitution.
