【摘要】 基于自然资源基础观，以2010—2019年中国沪深A股上市企业为研究样本，运用面板数据实证检验绿色创新与企业绩效的关系，同时分析政府补贴、产业与金融（以下简称“产融”）结合和环境规制对绿色创新与企业绩效关系的调节作用。研究结果表明：绿色创新对企业绩效有显著的正向影响；政府补贴正向调节绿色创新与企业绩效之间的关系；产融结合和环境规制在绿色创新与企业绩效关系中均具有负向调节作用。最后提出企业应充分认识绿色创新的潜力及其在商业战略中的重要性，政府应进一步完善补贴政策并制定差异化的监管措施，金融机构应建立有效的监督管理机制等对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of natural resource-based view, this paper takes A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2010 to 2019 as the research sample, empirically tests the impact of green innovation on enterprise performance by using panel data, at the same time, analyzes the effect of government subsidies financial-industrial integration and environmental regulation on enterprise performance. Results show that green innovation has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance; government subsidies strengthen the relationship between green innovation and enterprise performance; and financial-industrial integration and environmental regulation weaken the relationship between green innovation and enterprise performance. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that enterprises should fully understand the potential of green innovation and its importance in business strategy, the government should further improve the subsidy policies and formulate differentiated regulatory measures,financial institutions should establish effective supervision and management mechanism and other countermeasures.更多还原
