【摘要】 在新工科背景下，如何设计培养体系，平衡工程人才和理论研究人才的培养；如何选择合适的评估手段，规范教学活动；如何建立良性的校企合作机制，提高人才培养质量等，已经成为各大院校必须解决的问题。文中以计算机大类为例，探索了“新工科”背景下的人才培养问题，指出了人才培养面临的挑战，从四个维度出发构建了较为完善的人才培养体系，弥补了高校人才培养存在的不足，具有良好的实施前景。更多还原
