【摘要】 临床实践能力培养是医学教育中的重要一环,也是岗位胜任力培养的重要环节之一。针对在临床实践中存在的一些不足,研究者分析了实践教学中存在的薄弱环节,以岗位胜任力为导向,从五个方面给出了提高医学生临床实践能力的路径,并在我校临床医学专业中进行了临床实践探索,取得了良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of clinical practice ability is an important link in medical education as well as an important link in the cultivation of post competence.In view of some deficiencies in clinical practice, the deficiencies were analyzed in practical teaching by the researchers.The pathways to improve the clinical practice ability of medical students are given based on post competence from five aspects.The practical exploration was carried out in clinical medicine specialty of our school.The good results was achieved.更多还原
