“三助式”教学在高校教师教育课程教学中的应用
The Application of "Three-Assistance" Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Teacher Education Courses in Universities
【摘要】 “三助式”教学是基于对课堂人力资源的分析而提出的一种教学模式,强调充分利用课堂教学形式,将学生自主学习(自助)、学生小组互动讨论(互助)和教师点拨(师助)有序结合,充分挖掘课堂中的学生群体资源。文章分析了“三助式”教学在高校教师教育课程中的应用价值和条件,举例说明如何应用“三助式”教学推动教师教育课程教学实现由教师中心转向学生中心。
【Abstract】 "Three-assistance" teaching is a teaching mode based on the analysis of classroom human resources. It emphasizes making full use of classroom teaching form, combining students’ autonomous learning(self-assistance),students’ group interactive discussion(mutual assistance) and teachers’ instruction(teacher assistance) in order to fully tap the students’ group resources in the classroom. This paper analyzes the application value and conditions of "threeassistance" teaching in college teacher education curriculum, and illustrates how to apply "three-assistance" teaching to promote teacher education curriculum teaching from teacher centered to student centered.
