新工科发展的制约因素与应对性策略研究

【摘要】 新工科的发展受社会人才需求、政府教育政策引导和高校人才培养制度等多重因素的影响,从发展的系统性角度看,新工科的人才培养必须做出巨大变革,以适应社会需求的新结构,经济发展的新变革和人才培养的新模式。从发展的实践性角度看,新工科面临着实践与基础理论教学模式、跨学科融合与学科特色、创新与评价引导等方面的障碍与挑战。文章从新工科发展的问题导向出发,提出增强基础理论教学的薄弱环节,重构跨学科的评价体系,构建面向服务、面向全生命周期的新工科培养体系的应对性策略。

【Abstract】 The development of new engineering is affected by the social talent demand, the guidance of government education policies and the talent training system. From the perspective of the systematic development, the talent training of new engineering courses must make great changes to adapt to the new structure of social needs, the new changes of economic development and the new mode of talent training. From the perspective of practical exploration of development, new engineering is facing obstacles and challenges in practice and basic theory teaching mode,interdisciplinary integration and discipline characteristics, innovation and evaluation guidance. Starting from the problem orientation of the development of new engineering, this thesis puts forward the coping strategies of strengthening the weak links of basic theory teaching, restructuring the interdisciplinary evaluation system, and constructing a service-oriented new engineering training system.
