以实践为重的“饲料学”课程教学探究

【摘要】 “饲料学”是动物科学专业的必修专业基础课。传统的教学方式偏重理论,知识面广,信息量大,学生较难掌握。近年来,随着“无抗饲料、绿色饲料添加剂和饲料安全“等新领域新理念的发展,“饲料学”的理论和实践技术也发生了巨大变化。依据新农科动物生产类复合应用型人才培养的新要求,饲料学课程教学也亟待深化教学模式改革和创新。因此,在注重课程实践内容的基础上,将“饲料学”课程教学内容进行重塑,突出以实践为主的改革目标;采取翻转课堂法以探究立体式教学模式的可行性;最后采用过程性考核对学习成果进行评估。

【Abstract】 "Feed science" is a compulsory basic course for animal science majors. The traditional teaching method lays particular stress on theory, has a wide range of knowledge and a large amount of information, which is difficult for students to master. In recent years, with the development of new concepts in new fields such as "non-resistant feed,green feed additives and feed safety", the theory and practical technology of "feed science" have also undergone tremendous changes. According to the new requirements for the cultivation of compound applied talents in the new agricultural animal production, the teaching of feed science curriculum also needs to deepen the reform and innovation of teaching mode. Therefore, on the basis of paying attention to the practical content of the course, the teaching content of the course "Feed Science" should be reshaped to highlight the reform goal of focusing on practice; Adopting flipped classroom method to explore the feasibility of three-dimensional teaching mode; Finally, process assessment is used to evaluate the learning achievements.
