【摘要】 “饲料学”是动物科学专业的必修专业基础课。传统的教学方式偏重理论，知识面广，信息量大，学生较难掌握。近年来，随着“无抗饲料、绿色饲料添加剂和饲料安全“等新领域新理念的发展，“饲料学”的理论和实践技术也发生了巨大变化。依据新农科动物生产类复合应用型人才培养的新要求，饲料学课程教学也亟待深化教学模式改革和创新。因此，在注重课程实践内容的基础上，将“饲料学”课程教学内容进行重塑，突出以实践为主的改革目标；采取翻转课堂法以探究立体式教学模式的可行性；最后采用过程性考核对学习成果进行评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Feed science" is a compulsory basic course for animal science majors. The traditional teaching method lays particular stress on theory, has a wide range of knowledge and a large amount of information, which is difficult for students to master.
