【摘要】 当前，各高校纷纷开展和推广全英语教学。烟台大学国际经济与贸易专业修订人才培养方案和目标，优化师资力量，构建全英语课程体系，不断丰富教学资源，积极实施教学改革，组建实验班，推行全英语教学，人才培养质量得到了持续提升。但全英语教学的教材选择、师资配套以及学生的可持续学习能力是影响全英语人才培养效果的重要因素，因而，应持续改进教材，注重现有师资的培养和全英语教学能力的持续提升，以立体化教学思维为导引，将德（课程思政）、智（知识）、体（技能）、美（素养）等融入各教学环节，通过课内、课外、校外等多渠道构建人才培养体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, colleges and universities have launched and promoted all English teaching. The talent training program and objectives for the international economy and trade major of Yantai University have been revised, the faculty has been optimized, the English language curriculum system has been established, the teaching resources have been enriched, the teaching reform has been actively implemented, the experimental class has been established, and the English language teaching has been implemented. The quality of talent training has been continuously improved.However, the selection of teaching materials for all English teaching, teachers’ supporting facilities and students’ sustainable learning ability are important factors that affect the training effect of all English talents. Therefore, we should continue to improve teaching materials, pay attention to the training of existing teachers and the continuous improvement of all English teaching ability. Guided by three-dimensional teaching and learning thinking, we should integrate morality(curriculum ideology), intelligence(knowledge), physical(skills), and beauty(quality) into all teaching links, we will build a talent training system through extracurricular, off campus and other channels.更多还原
