【Abstract】 In China, the development of think tanks in the modern sense is late, but with the support of relevant policies,all kinds of think tanks have shown a mushrooming development trend. Our country pays more attention to the construction of university think tanks. University libraries should make full use of their own resources, technology and talent advantages to actively transform into a member of university think tanks. This paper analyzes the background of the construction of university library think tanks, points out five aspects of the construction of library think tanks, and discusses the practical significance of the construction of library think tanks in terms of its function transformation,improving service level, and obtaining sustainable development.更多还原
