【摘要】 文章阐述了当前西部省属高校中外合作办学面临的发展机遇，从国家、社会、学校三个层面分析了中外合作办学的必要性。结合中外合作办学机构运行实践，提出了中外合作办学提质增效的四点建议和措施，即优质资源引进融合、人才培养计划落实、国际化师资打造、教学质量保障建设，以期对中西部地区省属院校引进国外优质教育资源提供一定的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the development opportunities faced by the current Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools in western provincial universities, and analyzes the necessity of establishing a Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools from the national, social, and school levels. Based on the operation practice of Chinese foreign cooperatively run schools, this paper puts forward four suggestions and measures for improving the quality and efficiency of Chinese foreign cooperatively run schools, namely, the introduction and integration of high-quality resources, the implementation of talent training plans, the creation of international teachers, and the construction of teaching quality assurance, with a view to providing some reference for provincial colleges in the central and western regions to introduce foreign high-quality educational resources.更多还原
