新高考背景下高中学生职业生涯教育现状与对策——以常熟地区为例

【摘要】 文章以江苏省苏州市常熟市两所普通高中为研究对象,分析得出当前高中生职业生涯教育存在学生自我认识不够深刻、高考选科与自身匹配度不高、专业及职业认知缺乏、职业生涯教育需求迫切等问题,并对此提出加强生涯教育师资队伍建设、创新生涯教育活动实施途径、加强家校联系实现良好互动、积极整合生涯教育多方资源的对策建议。

【Abstract】 Taking two ordinary high schools in Changshu, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province as the research object, this paper analyzes and concludes that there are some problems in current high school students’ career education, such as students’ lack of deep self understanding, low matching between college entrance examination and their own selection of subjects, lack of professional and vocational awareness, and urgent needs for career education. It also proposes to strengthen the construction of career education teachers, innovate the implementation ways of career education activities, and strengthen the relationship between home and school to achieve good interaction The countermeasures and suggestions of actively integrating multiple resources of career education.
