【摘要】 将慕课资源引进大学课堂，推动线上线下混合式教学已经成为慕课发展的趋势。文章结合UTAUT模型，建立慕课反馈机制，以教育部第一批一流本科课程“房地产开发与经营”为例，改革教学对象、教学方法、教学内容，进行教学效果评价，发现问题，提出“以生为本”的教学目标、小组任务与案例、情景模拟教学相结合的建议，并进一步指出慕课资源“建以致用”、慕课教学“以用促建”“学”与“管”相结合全面提升教学质量的反馈与优化路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has become a trend to introduce MOOC resources into university classrooms and promote offline and offline hybrid teaching.
