【摘要】 当前高校实验室安全检查频次高、内容多，发现的安全隐患数量庞大，为了推进实验室安全隐患闭环管理，很多高校已建立了实验室安全检查系统。文章以上海大学为例，统计了2021年学校实验室安全检查的情括，概况了常见的实验室安全隐患，并提出了实验室安全隐患治理存在的主要问题，从细化责任体系、健全检查制度、开展成因分析和营造安全氛围等方面探讨了实验室安全隐患治理的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under new situations, there are many laboratory safety inspections in universities, and the number of laboratory safety hazards is huge. To improve the closed-loop management of these hazards, lots of universities have established laboratory safety inspection system. Taking Shanghai University as example, the result of laboratory inspection in 2021 was analyzed, the common laboratory safety hazards were summarized, and the main problems of laboratory safety hazard management were introduced. The management of safety hazards from the aspects of refining responsibility system, improving inspection system, carrying out root cause analysis and creating laboratory safety culture was discussed.更多还原
