食品质量与安全专业“食品安全检测新技术”课程教学改革探析

【摘要】 食品安全检测新技术课程是食品质量与安全专业的必修课,其目的在于让学生掌握和了解国内外食品安全检测的新技术。文章讨论了该课程在专业人才培养中的重要性,分析了该课程在当前教学中存在的不足和问题,从教学模式、教学内容、实验开展等多角度进行课程改革,通过新方法、新模式来激发学生的学习兴趣、提高教学效果和加强实践动手能力。

【Abstract】 The course of new technologies of food safety detection is a compulsory course in food quality and safety major, and its purpose is to let student master and understand the new technologies of food safety detection at home and abroad. The importance of the course in the training of professional talents is discussed, the shortcomings and problems of the course in the current teaching are analyzed, and the course reform is carried out from multiple perspectives, such as teaching mode, teaching content and experiment development, to stimulate students’ learning interest, improve teaching effect and strengthen practical ability through new methods and new mode.
