【摘要】 高校核心任务目标在于为社会培养高素质大学生，大学生自身素质高低，直接关乎国家及民族的未来，新时代大学生不仅需具备健全人格、渊博的知识及高尚的情操，而且还需具有积极进取、豁达开朗、不畏困难的健康心理。大学阶段作为青年人生发展的关键时期，大学生作为我国文化层次较高的群体，其自身具有高昂的激情，更富有创造性及挑战性。随着内外环境不断变化，来自学业、专业、就业等方面的压力会使其会产生多种心理反应。高校大学生心理健康教育问题是当下社会及学校关注的焦点，如何积极探索心理健康教育新视角，有目的、有针对性地开展心理健康教育，力争减少在校学生心理疾病，是当下亟需解决的问题。教师应积极掌握当下高校大学生心理健康教育现状，明晰其存在的不足，提出相应的解决措施，使心理健康教育成为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者目标得以实现的重要保障。更多还原
