【Abstract】 This paper expounds the main working procedure of academic warning mechanism carried out at secondary colleges and departments firstly. Then, it analyzes several common problems existing in the academic warning work of secondary colleges and departments. Finally, the specific optimization measures, such as strengthening prior intervention and in-process communication, carrying out targeted academic warning measures and following up the assistance plans are put forward, so that the academic warning mechanism of secondary colleges and departments can better supplement and improve that of the school level.更多还原
