【摘要】 目的：探讨形成性评价在我院住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法：选取36名2018年参加住院医师规范化培训医师为观察对象，随机分对照组和试验组，两组进行同质化教学；试验组除与对照组同步进行出科考核和年度考核外，增加轮转科室的形成性评价考核；以两组考核成绩评判形成性评价教学效果，问卷了解试验组对形成性评价教学认可度。结果：试验组年度考核临床思维、医患沟通、技能操作和总成绩得分，360度评价临床技能、教学能力、职业素养、病人照护、沟通合作项评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；试验组问卷：94.46%认为有助于提高知识技能，88.90%认为可提高诊疗患者综合能力和团队合作能力，83.33%认为可激发学习积极性，100%对形成性评价教学感到满意。结论：形成性评价在住院医师规范化培训临床教学工作中可执行性较强，可以帮助住院医师提高个人岗位胜任力和提升规范化培训效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of formative evaluation in the standardized training of residents in our hospital.Method: 36 physicians who participated in the standardized training of residents in 2018 were selected as the observation objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, and the two groups were subjected to homogenous teaching; the experimental group was carried out simultaneously with the control group for the departmental assessment and the annual assessment, and added The formative evaluation and assessment of rotating departments; the two sets of assessment results are used to evaluate the formative evaluation teaching effect, and the questionnaire is used to understand the test group’s recognition of formative evaluation teaching. Results: The experimental group’s annual assessment of clinical thinking, doctor-patient communication, skill operation and total score scores, 360-degree evaluation of clinical skills, teaching ability, professionalism, patient care, communication and cooperation items scores are better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05); Test questionnaire: 94.46% think it helps to improve knowledge and skills,88.90% think it can improve the comprehensive ability and teamwork ability of patients in diagnosis and treatment, 83.33% think it can stimulate learning enthusiasm, 100% feel that formative evaluation teaching satisfy.
