环境规制、内生创新努力与企业技术创新绩效
Environmental Regulation, Endogenous Innovation Efforts and Technological Innovation Performance of Enterprises
【摘要】 利用我国47个化工行业企业2010-2020年的面板数据,选取内生创新努力作为中介变量建立模型,分析了环境规制影响企业技术创新绩效的作用路径,并将企业规模作为调节变量,进一步研究环境规制影响企业技术创新绩效过程中企业规模的调节作用。研究表明:环境规制对企业技术创新绩效的影响呈非线性,且呈“U”型变化;环境规制主要通过内生创新努力影响企业技术创新绩效,内生创新努力在其中起到了正向中介作用;同时,企业规模对环境规制与企业技术创新绩效产生了正向调节作用。随着新时代我国市场化的不断改革,应更加重视环境保护对于我国经济以及我国企业可持续发展的影响,适当提高环境规制强度,并且加大对企业自主创新的支持。
【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of 47 chemical industry enterprises in China from 2010 to 2020, the endogenous innovation effort is selected as the mediating variable to establish a model, this paper analyzes the effect path of environmental regulation on enterprises’ technological innovation performance. Furthermore, the moderating role of firm size in the process of environmental regulation affecting firms’ technological innovation performance is further analyzed by taking firm size as a moderating variable. The results show that the impact of environmental regulation on technological innovation performance is nonlinear and shows a u-shaped change. Environmental regulation mainly affects firms’ technological innovation performance through endogenous innovation effort, which plays a positive mediating role. At the same time, firm size has a positive moderating effect on environmental regulation and firm technological innovation performance. With the continuous reform of China’s marketization in the new era, more attention should be paid to the impact of environmental protection on China’s economy and the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises, the intensity of environmental regulation should be appropriately enhanced, and the support for enterprises to carry out independent innovation should be increased.
