【摘要】 边境经贸合作在构建双循环新发展格局中的作用不容忽视。中俄边贸合作总体呈向好趋势,同时也存在市场容量小、合作层次低、设施联通不畅、产业结构失衡等问题。人口问题、俄边境居民购买力弱、产业结构转型升级难度大等,是制约中俄边贸合作发展壮大的主要原因。应制定相关优惠政策,促进中俄边贸合作向更深层次、更高阶段发展,寻求两地边贸新增长点,拓宽边境地区经贸合作领域,优化边境地区产业结构布局,推进中俄边贸合作高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The role of border economic and trade cooperation in building a new dual-cycle development pattern cannot be ignored.China-Russia border trade cooperation has shown a good trend on the whole,but there are also some problems such as small market capacity,low level of cooperation,poor infrastructure connectivity and unbalanced industrial structure.The population issue,the weak purchasing power of Russian border residents and the difficulty of industrial structure transformation and upgrading are the main problems that hinder development and growth of China-Russia border trade cooperation.Relevant preferential policies should be formulated to promote china-Russia border trade cooperation to a deeper and higher level,and seek new growth poles of border trade,expand areas of economic and trade cooperation in border areas,optimize the distribution of industrial structure in border areas,and promote high-quality development of China-Russia border trade cooperation.更多还原
