花生接种胶冻样类芽孢杆菌对土壤微生物群落、氨化细菌、固氮菌及产量的影响
Effects of Peanut Inoculated with Paenibacillus mucilaginosus on Soil Microbial Community,Ammonifying Bacteria,Azotobacter and Yield
【摘要】 针对花生连作对花生生长和产量的不利影响,通过田间小区试验,研究了花生接种胶冻样类芽孢杆菌后土壤中的细菌、放线菌和真菌,尤其是根际氨化细菌和固氮菌的的数量变化,同时分析了胶冻样类芽孢杆菌对花生生育性状及产量的影响。结果表明:土壤中细菌、放线菌、真菌的数量随着花生生育期的延长,呈下降趋势;随着胶冻样类芽孢杆菌接种数量的增加,在花生不同生育期土壤中细菌和放线菌的数量有不同程度的提高,而真菌数量下降;未接种胶冻样类芽孢杆菌的花生在苗期和开花期无法检出氨化细菌和固氮菌,施用胶冻样类芽孢杆菌400 g/亩(1亩=667 m~2)的处理在整个花生生育期都可检出;花生的株高、侧枝长度及产量均呈现随胶冻样类芽孢杆菌施用量的增加而递增的趋势,说明接种胶冻样类芽孢杆菌后不仅可减少施肥量,而且可提高花生产量,增产增收效益明显。
【Abstract】 In connection with the adverse effects of continuous cropping of peanuts on the growth and yield of peanuts, through a field plot experiment, the quantitative changes of bacteria, actinomycete and fungi, especially the rhizosphere ammonifying bacteria and azotobacter in the soil after peanuts inoculated with Paenibacillus mucilaginosus are studied, at the same time, the effects of Paenibacillus mucilaginosus on peanut growing characters and yield are analyzed. The results show that the number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in soil decreases with the extension of peanut growth period. With the increase in the number of inoculated Paenibacillus mucilaginosus, the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the soil at different growth stages of peanuts increases to varying degrees and the number of fungi decreases. Ammonifying bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria have not been detected in peanuts not inoculated with Paenibacillus mucilaginosus at seedling stage and flowering stage, but can be detected during the entire growth period of peanuts treated with Paenibacillus mucilaginosus at 400 g/mu(1 mu=667 m~2). The plant height, lateral branch length and yield of peanuts all show an increasing trend with the increase of the application amount of Paenibacillus mucilaginosus, indicating that the inoculation of Paenibacillus mucilaginosus can not only reduce the amount of fertilizer, but also increase the yield of peanuts, which has significant effects of increasing yield and increasing earnings.
