【摘要】 目的 考察银马解毒颗粒、肺力咳合剂、桔贝合剂、复方鲜竹沥液的平喘、解热作用，为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法 建立豚鼠哮喘模型和大鼠脂多糖发热模型，通过观察豚鼠引喘潜伏期及测定大鼠体温考察银马解毒颗粒、肺力咳合剂、桔贝合剂和复方鲜竹沥液的平喘、解热作用。结果 平喘试验结果表明，给药3、5、7 d后，与正常组相比，银马解毒颗粒、肺力咳合剂、桔贝合剂和复方鲜竹沥液均能延长豚鼠哮喘潜伏期(P < 0.05)，与临床等效剂量比较，不同给药组之间及不同给药时间的组间比较发现，各组作用强度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。解热试验结果表明，给药3、5、7 d后，给药组多个观察点的体温均较模型组明显降低(P < 0.05)，相比较而言，银马解毒颗粒组起效较快，维持时间更长，且体温反应指数和体温最大上升高度较模型组明显降低(P < 0.05)。结论 银马解毒颗粒、肺力咳合剂、桔贝合剂、复方鲜竹沥液均具有平喘、解热作用。四种制剂的平喘作用强度相当；银马解毒颗粒的解热作用较强且稳定，且具有时效关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-asthmatic and anti-pyretic effects and characteristics of Yinma Jiedu granules,Feilike mixture,Jubei mixture,and Compound Xianzhuli liquid,also to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods The asthma model of guinea pig and lipopolysaccharide-induced rat fever model are established,by observing the latent period of guinea pig asthma and measuring the temperature of rats,the anti-asthmatic and anti-pyretic effects of Yinma Jiedu granules,Feilike mixture,Jubei mixture,Compound Fresh Xianzhuli liquid are investigated.Results In the anti-asthmatic test,compared with the normal group,Yinma Jiedu granule group,Feilike mixture group,Jubei mixture group,and Compound Xianzhuli liquid group have prolonged asthma latency(P < 0.05),in terms of clinical equivalent dose,there is no statistically significant difference in the intensity among different administration groups and different administration time groups(P > 0.05).In the anti-pyretic test,after 3 d,5 d and 7 d of administration,the temperature of multiple observation points in the intervention groups are lower than the model group(P < 0.05);and the effect of Yinma Jiedu granules group is faster and lasted longer.The temperature response index and the maximum rise height of temperature of Yinma Jiedu granules is lower than the model group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Yinma Jiedu granules,Feilike mixture,Jubei mixture and Compound Fresh Xianzhuli liquid have anti-asthmatic and anti-pyretic effects.In terms of anti-asthmatic effects,the four drugs have the same strength.In terms of anti-pyretic effect,Yinma Jiedu granules have a strong and stable effect,which has a time-dependent relationship.更多还原
