【摘要】 传统性与现代性不断角力的当今，传统的文化遗产不断受到现代化的冲击而走向落魄。传统民居因为难修缮、成本高、政策不明晰等种种问题仍然处于困境中。如今是城镇化快速发展的时期，传统的民居建筑也正面临着时代变迁的考验。在现代化快速发展的进程中，一方面要推进城市化进程，另一方面又要探讨如何保护传统民居建筑，促进此类遗产良性有序传承，这已成为需要深思的问题。文章通过引入活态保护理念，对具体案例的活态再利用进行研究，以点带面，为传统民居保护发展给出一个可行方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the traditional cultural heritage is falling down under the impact of modernization. Traditional residential houses are still in a difficult situation because of many problems such as difficult repair, high cost and unclear policy. Nowadays is a period of rapid development of urbanization, traditional residential buildings are also facing the test of times change. In the process of the rapid development of modernization, on the one hand, we should promote the urbanization process, on the other hand, we should discuss how to protect the traditional residential buildings and promote the benign and orderly inheritance of such heritage, which has become a problem that needs to be considered.
