【摘要】 绳金塔历史文化街区是南昌老城发展兴衰的见证者，其产业发展、文化传承和风貌延续等问题不断产生，逐渐滞后于新时代发展的需求。文章从文化IP的概念与特征着手，分析街区文化资源提取IP元素，从业态、建筑、街巷、空间四个方面提出以文化IP为核心的活化策略，并进行规划引导，探索一条文化IP与历史文化街区融合创新发展的活力复兴道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shengjin Tower historical and cultural block is the witness of the rise and fall of Nanchang old city. Its industrial development, cultural inheritance and style continuity are constantly emerging, and gradually lag behind the needs of the new era. The paper starts from the concept and characteristics of cultural IP, analyzing the cultural resources of the block to extract the IP elements. It proposes the activation strategy with cultural IP as the core from the four aspects of business format, architecture, streets and lanes and space, also guides the planning.
