【摘要】 文章分析了高职院校规划设计中的地方因素及其实践意义，包括高职教育类型与地方经济发展的关系，高职院校规划设计和城市规划、基地生态、地方文化之间的关系；前者基于高职院校专业教学必须和地方产业紧密协同的事实，后者则以高职校园规划设计的在地性为前提，归纳出高职院校规划设计实现适用性和在地性目标的路径与策略。文章结合乐清市教育园区温职院乐清学院项目实践，探索地处温台地区的乐清地方因素在其整体布局、功能流线、景观环境、立面肌理等规划设计框架中的指引作用。更多还原
