【摘要】 健康传播高层次人才的培养对于应对后疫情时代的疫情防控和当前我国人口老龄化、推进国家“健康中国”战略都具有十分积极的意义，同时，这也是顺应当前高层次新闻传播人才培养专业化趋势、拓宽高校新闻人才培养路径的需要。后疫情时代的高层次健康传播人才除了要具备普通新闻传播人才的素质和能力，还需要重点培养跨学科的知识和能力结构、医者仁心的博爱情怀、对新闻事实的质疑精神和批判思维以及将专业医学知识和健康信息通俗化的表达能力。围绕这些培养目标，高校应当尝试采用跨学科、跨院校的协同合作人才培养模式，设计打造学科交叉型的弹性课程体系，同时在课堂教学和实践教学中引入课程思政并借鉴国外健康传播教育的先进模式和体系，以保证高层次健康传播人才培养的质量和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training of high-level talents in health communication is of great significance for responding to the epidemic prevention and control in the post-epidemic era,the current aging of my country’s population,and the promotion of the national “Healthy China” strategy. It is necessary to broaden the training path of journalism talents in colleges and universities.In the post-epidemic era, high-level health communication talents should not only possess the conventional qualities and abilities of ordinary news communication talents, but also need to focus on cultivating interdisciplinary knowledge and ability structures,the benevolent philanthropy of doctors, the spirit of questioning and critical thinking and the ability to popularize professional medical knowledge and health information.Focusing on these goals, colleges and universities should try to adopt an interdisciplinary and inter-institutional collaborative talent training model, design a flexible curriculum system that is interdisciplinary, and at the same time introduce curriculum ideology into classroom teaching and practical teaching and learn from foreign models and systems of health communication education to ensure the training quality and level of high-level health communication personnel.更多还原
