广东地区回弹法检测高强混凝土抗压强度研究

【摘要】 为提高回弹法检测高强混凝土强度的精度,结合珠江三角洲地区的混凝土材料制备特点,基于回弹法检测采集本地区具有代表性的8个地市,共4448组高强混凝土抗压强度数据,通过曲线拟合和对比分析,提出了针对广东地区的高强混凝土测强曲线,并对测强曲线所适用的混凝土强度范围、混凝土龄期,以及回弹仪型号等开展论证研究。研究表明:第一,对抗压强度为50MPa~60MPa的混凝土,宜优先选择普通混凝土测强曲线进行检测,对抗压强度为60MPa~90MPa的混凝土,推荐使用本文提出的高强测强曲线;第二,所提出的测强曲线适用于龄期为7d~365d的高强混凝土;第三,4.5J高强回弹仪的测试精度高于5.5J高强回弹仪的测试精度。研究成果可为混凝土(C50~C90)抗压强度无损检测方法的修订与完善提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the accuracy of the rebound method for detecting the strength of high-strength concrete, a total of 4448 sets of high-strength concrete compressive strength data in 8 representative cities in this region is collected based on the rebound method detection combined with the characteristics of concrete material preparation in the Pearl River Delta region. Through curve fitting and comparative analysis, a high-strength concrete strength measurement curve for Guangdong area is proposed, and demonstration research is carried out on the applicable strength range, concrete age, and rebound hammer model, etc.. The main research conclusion is as follows: firstly, for concrete with compressive strength of 50 MPa~ 60 MPa, the strength measurement curve of ordinary concrete should be preferentially selected for testing, whereas for concrete with compressive strength of 60 MPa~90 MPa, the high strength measurement curve proposed in this paper is recommended; secondly, the strength curve proposed in this paper is suitable for high strength concrete with ages from 7 d to 365 d; thirdly, the test accuracy of 4.5 J high strength rebound hammer is higher than that of 5.5 J high strength rebound hammer. This research can provide reference for the revision and improvement of the non-destructive testing method for the compressive strength of concrete(C50~C90).
