排水管道机械制螺旋缠绕修复技术国内外标准对比研究
Comparation of machine spiral wound liner pipe rehabilitation standards at home and abroad
【摘要】 近年来,随着地下管线事业的发展,国内非开挖管道修复技术不断更新和进步,相比于其他管道修复技术,机械螺旋缠绕修复法应用范围较广,可带水作业,施工简便,机动性强,复合管刚度高,具有显著的优势和应用前景。但是,目前国内对于该项技术尚缺乏系统理论研究,特别是所用材料没有专用的标准和规范支撑,技术标准化还存在缺口。以美国《排水管道修复用机械螺旋缠绕聚氯乙烯(PVC)内衬材料技术标准》(ASTM F1697)和《排水管道机械螺旋缠绕聚氯乙烯(PVC)内衬管修复施工技术规程》(ASTM F1741)为研究对象,对比国内外同类标准中相关材料、装备、施工和验收要求,以期为该技术在我国的标准化提供参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of underground pipeline business, the trenchless pipelines repair technology in China has been constantly updated and progressed. Compared with other trenchless technologies, the machine spiral wound liner pipe rehabilitation method has a wide range of applications, which could be operated with certain amount of water, easy construction, strong mobility,high stiffness of the composite pipe, and has significant advantages and application prospects. However,there is a lack of systematic theoretical research on the technology, especially the materials used are not supported by special standards and specifications, and there is a gap in technical standardization. In this paper, ASTM F1697 standard specification for poly vinyl chloride(PVC) profile strip for machine spiralwound liner pipe rehabilitation of existing sewers and Conduit and ASTM F1741 standard practice for installation of machine spiral wound poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) liner pipe for rehabilitation of existing sewers and conduits were selected, which were compared similar standards at home and abroad. The relevant materials, equipment, construction and acceptance requirements were discussed.It will provide reference for the standardization of this technology in China.
