【Abstract】 By expounding the connotation of incorruptness ethics and incorruptness risk，this paper analyzes the cause and prevention mechanism of incorruptness risk in engineering，and points out the practical significance of ethics to incorruptness risk management.On the basis of the above，proposes that we should act in accordance with justice，make good selection and employment of personnel，take the letter as the basis，give full play to the role of Party Members’protection，take courtesy as the model，improve the system construction，use wisdom and debate to adjust the work order reasonably，and use benevolence and sincerity to do a good job in following up the whole process of employees’thoughts.更多还原
