【Abstract】 The traditional city planning and governance model generally have the problems that the planning cannot be accurately implemented, and the implementation effect cannot be guaranteed. Relying on the comprehensive improvement of traffic facilities and space environment in Futian Central Area, Shenzhen has explored and formed the city chief planner system of "technology overall planning from horizontal to edge and project management from vertical to bottom".
