【摘要】 本文聚焦于城市设计领域重要议题，即在中国城镇化转型时期，重构国土空间规划背景下，研究建立新时代城市设计工作的组织模式，更好地促进城市建设高质量发展。作者采用理论与工程实践相结合的方法，建构了城市设计综合服务平台的理论框架，提出城市设计的整体性思维理念，搭建统筹多角色、多专业、全过程协同的城市设计“1+1+X”综合服务平台，明确了综合组织模式在城市设计中的作用、机制与方法。文中以四个重要的工程与管理实践项目来验证和应用以上理论。可供城市设计相关管理与设计工作参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the urbanization transition period and reconstruct the background of territorial space planning in China, establishes a new era of urban design organizational model, promotes the high-quality development of urban construction. Using a combination of theory and engineering practice, the author constructs a theoretical framework of synthetical service platform of the urban design, puts forward the urban design idea of holistic thinking, sets up the whole process of coordination of urban design "1+1+X" service platform, to illustrate the function, mechanism and method of integrated organizational model in urban design. This paper also includes four typical practical applications to verify the theory. It is of great significance for the reference of urban design management.更多还原
