低影响开发下既有建筑表皮与雨水协同设计研究——以西安市为例

【摘要】 在绿色建筑及海绵城市背景下,笔者经过实地调研及资料汇总,发现建筑师在设计前期对表皮自身耐候性缺乏关注,存在把雨水构造做法当作装饰性构件的问题,缺乏绿色协同设计。通过雨水对建筑表皮的作用机理及建筑表皮集流问题成因分析,从建筑表皮的集流性能出发,以低影响开发为前提,提出雨水与建筑表皮协同设计策略,也是对建筑表皮应对雨水设计体系的补充和完善。

【Abstract】 In the context of green building and sponge city in China,the author found that the architects did not pay attention to the resistance of skin in the early stage of design through field investigation and data collection. There were also many problems, such as taking the rainwater construction as decorative components, and the lacking of the concept of green collaborative design. Based on the action mechanism of rainwater on building skin and the analysis on the cause of the rainwater collection of building skin, starting from its collecting performance and on the premise of low-impact development, the paper puts forward the collaborative design strategy of rainwater and building skin, which is also the supplement and improvement for the design system of building skin dealing with rainwater.
