【摘要】 随着经济水平的飞速发展、城市不断扩张，如今大城市发展已经接近饱和，而小城市发展正在起步中。本文以吉安市为例，基于1990年、2000年、2010年和2018年TM/ETM/OLI遥感影像数据和利用GIS技术，分析了28年以来吉安市的扩展变化、特征及其驱动因素。结果表明：吉安市在28年间扩展极为迅速；城市由最初的单一方向扩展转变成整体扩展；城市用地越来越集中紧凑；城市重心经历了“东北—东南—西北”方向的偏移；政策是影响城市建成区扩展的决定性因素。本研究希望能够为未来吉安市规划提供科学依据，引导城市健康发展，为其他城市规划与发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economic level and the continuous expansion of cities, the development of large cities has been nearly saturated, while the development of small cities is in the beginning. Taking Ji’an City as an example, based on TM/ETM/OLI remote sensing image data in 1990, 2000, 2010 and 2018, and using GIS technology, this paper analyzes the expansion changes, characteristics and driving factors of Ji’an City in the past 28 years. The results show that the urban expansion of Ji’an city is extremely rapid in 28 years. The urban expansion changes from the initial single direction to the overall expansion. The urban land will become more and more concentrated. The urban center of gravity has experienced the “northeast — southeast —northwest” direction shift. The decisive factor affecting the urban built-up area expansion is the policy factor. This study hopes to provide a scientific basis for the future urban planning of Ji’an, to guide the healthy development of the city, and to provide a reference for other urban planning and development.更多还原
