【摘要】 本文从疫情背景下北京冬奥会核生化医学救援保障任务特点、任务内容和实施等方面，对北京冬奥会核生化安保与应急处置医学救援任务进行阐述和分析。提出了科学指挥决断，开展现场救援，院前急救转运，全程闭环管理等多方面救援处置流程和方法。讨论了新冠肺炎疫情北京冬奥会闭环管理背景下，核生化医学救援保障“四多”特点、“五种”能力、分类施治、预案制定、培训演练、全流程闭环救援、科学有效个人防护等方面的认识与思考，为重大体育赛事核生化突发事件实施紧急医学救援提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper expounds and analyzes the nuclear, biochemical security and emergency medical rescue tasks of the Beijing Winter Olympics from the aspects of the characteristics, task content and implementation of the nuclear, biochemical and medical rescue support tasks in the Beijing Winter Olympics under the background of the epidemic. This paper proposes various rescue and disposal procedures and methods, such as scientific command and decision-making, on-site rescue, pre-hospital emergency transport,and full closed-loop management. Under the background of the closed-loop management of the COVID-19 in the Beijing Winter Olympics, the understanding and thinking on the "four more" characteristics, the "five" capabilities, the classified treatment, the formulation of the plan,the training exercise, the full closed-loop rescue, and the scientific and effective personal protection of the nuclear biochemical medical rescue support were discussed, so as to provide reference for the implementation of emergency medical rescue in the nuclear biochemical emergencies of major sports events.更多还原
