【摘要】 毛泽东在“批准和谈话”中首次提出社会主义分两个阶段思想,为党的社会主义阶段理论提供了重要依据。社会主义初级阶段所有制结构发展趋势,必然要经历三个阶段:一、由单一公有制的计划经济向以公有制为主体、多种所有制的社会主义市场经济转化,公有制经济比重逐渐下降,非公有制经济不断上升,迅速发展;二、随着社会主义市场经济比较完善,公有制经济与非公有制经济比重处于相持阶段,公有制经济基本不再下降,非公有制经济基本不再上升;三、随着国有企业真正建立现代企业制度,社会主义市场经济趋于完善,公有制经济开始稳定上升,非公有制经济开始缓慢下降。发展过程会出现偏离,但改变不了规律。只有生产力不断发展、生产力水平不断提高,进入社会主义发达阶段才能逐渐由公有制替代私有制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mao Zedong first put forward the thought of two stages of socialism in his “approval and talk”,which provided an important basis for the party’s theory of socialist stages.Taking public ownership as the main body and the common development of multiple forms of ownership is the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism.In the primary stage of socialism,the ownership structure with public ownership as the main body and the common development of multiple forms of ownership is constantly developing,changing and improving.The reason for its development and change lies in the development of productive forces and the degree of socialization of production.The development trend of ownership structure in the primary stage of socialism must go through three stages :first,the transformation from the planned economy of single public ownership to the socialist market economy with public ownership as the main body and multiple ownership,the proportion of public ownership economy gradually decreases,and the non-public economy continues to rise and develop rapidly;2 、With the improvement of the socialist market economy,the proportion of the public economy and the non-public economy is at a stalemate.The public economy is basically no longer declining and the non-public economy is basically no longer rising;3 、With the real establishment of modern enterprise system in state-owned enterprises,the socialist market economy tends to be improved,the public economy begins to rise steadily,and the non-public economy begins to decline slowly.Due to various external disturbances,the development process will deviate,but the law cannot be changed.In the primary stage of socialism,we will always maintain the common development of the economy with public ownership as the main body and various forms of ownership.Only when the productivity continues to develop and the level of productivity continues to improve,can we gradually replace private ownership by public ownership in the developed stage of socialism.更多还原
