【摘要】 高层次园长培训是我国高素质幼儿园园长队伍建设的关键途径。基于优秀幼儿园园长素质特征模型的实证研究为高层次园长培训的精准发力提供了现实依据。当前，参加我国高层次园长培训的园长整体素质较高，政治与管理素质发展较快，可发展素质突出，其中乡镇园长素质整体向好。但素质结构失衡，专业与领导素质发展迟缓，易发展素质相对薄弱，且部分素质特征存在城乡差异。高层次园长培训需要在引领园长自主发展，加速实践经验向专业与领导素质转化，提升易发展素质水平，完善培训持续改进机制，以及乡镇园长的优秀园长素质系统性培养等方面精准发力。更多还原

【Abstract】 A high-level training to kindergarten principals is a key approach to the development of a high-quality contingent of China’s kindergarten principals. Empirical research based on the model for the qualities of excellent kindergarten principals provides a realistic basis for an accurate high-level training to kindergarten principals. On the whole,the kindergarten principals receiving high-level training have high qualities,rapidly-developing qualities of politics and management,and outstanding developable qualities,and among the kindergarten principals,those from townships have good overall qualities. However,the kindergarten principals have their problems,such as the imbalance in the structure of their qualities,their slowly-developed qualities of profession and leadership,their poor developable qualities,and some differences in certain qualities between urban and rural kindergarten principals. To impart an accurate training to kindergarten principals,we need to make efforts to lead their independent development,accelerate their practical experience to improve their qualities of profession and leadership,promote their developable qualities,improve the training mechanism continuously,and promote the qualities of principals from townships systematically.更多还原
