【摘要】 当前高校业务管理信息化仍存在运行机制、统筹能力、队伍建设等诸多问题，文章从高校业务管理过程的人性化与智能化角度出发，提出“人本、协同、共享”的建设思路。在业务管理系统建设过程中，以网络全连接为脉络，以数据全连接为经络，在经脉贯通的基础上融合业务管理和师生服务需求，实现智慧校园建设中的“三通”，即网络通、数据通、业务通；并以中国矿业大学建设实践为例，构建数据赋能的高效治理体系，结合业务管理系统的建设目标转变、建设方式转变、数据共享模式转变，形成以“三转”促“三通”的业务管理系统建设新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, informatization of colleges management still faces some issues concerning the operation mechanism,coordination capability and team building. From the perspective of humanization and intellectualization in the management process of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the construction idea of “people-orientation, collaboration and sharing”. In the process of building management system, it takes network connection as the context and the data connection as the meridian, on the basis of the integration of business management and teachers and students’ service needs. Meanwhile, it realizes the “three connections” in the construction of smart campus are realized, namely “network communication, data communication, business communication”.
