【Abstract】 Huang Ji is a famous contemporary educator. Through historical materials and his life experience, this paper aims to sort out his dedication to the construction and development of National Academy of Education Administration, and his relationship as colleague and friend with Dong Chuncai,the first dean of the Academy, and Zhang Chengxian, the first dean of the Academy after its resumption,demonstrating his life experience, quality and charisma.
