【摘要】 【目的】研究国际一流大学出版社的组织架构，为高校刊群设置组织架构提供参考。【方法】深入调研以牛津大学出版社和剑桥大学出版社为代表的国际一流大学出版社的组织架构和运转流程，以南京农业大学英文期刊群为实践案例，分析其实践成效，总结国际一流大学出版社对我国高校刊群组织架构设置的启示。【结果】借鉴牛津大学出版社和剑桥大学出版社的组织架构设计，南京农业大学形成了“学科专家+全职编辑+云实习编辑”的组织架构，该架构可在单刊向多刊的动态发展过程中，有效促进期刊发展状态监测常态化，提高期刊决策合理性，降低单刊边际成本，加快新刊成长速度，提升期刊国际科学社群显示度，降低人员招聘难度，为编辑提供差异化发展路径。【结论】以牛津大学出版社和剑桥大学出版社为代表的国际一流大学出版社组织架构具有借鉴价值，可有效促进高校刊群发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes] This paper discusses the organizational structure of global leading university presses, which is expected to serve as a reference for the organizational structure setting of university journal clusters in China. [Methods] We investigated the organizational strucutures and operation processes of Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press. Then, taking the English journal cluster of Nanjing Agricultural University as an example, we designed the organizational structure and management methods and summarized the effect and enlightenment. [Findings] With the organizational structures of Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press as a reference, Nanjing Agricultural University set up the organizational structure of "subject specialists+full-time editors+intern editors working from home". This structure ensures regular monitoring of journal development, rational journal decision-making, low marginal cost of individual journals, rapid growth of new journals, journal visibility in the international scientific community, easy recruitment, and differential development among editors. [Conclusions] The organizational strucuture of global leading university presses represented by Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press is of reference value, which can promote the development of university journal clusters in China.更多还原
