【Abstract】 Politics is a science that studies political phenomena. Principles of Political Science is a professional basic course of public management majors, and its attribute determines it contains a lot of ideological and political elements. Mining the ideological and political elements of this course and integrating them into professional course teaching can deepen and develop ideological and political education, help students understand the essence of Chinese and Western political systems, and help students establish a correct view of history, nation and country.
