【摘要】 药学是一门对于学生综合能力要求极高的学科。随着社会的发展和经济水平的不断提高，社会对于药学人才的需求越来越大，要求也越来越高。目前国内高校对于药学人才的培养机制不够完善，无法满足社会对创新型药学人才的需求。为此，从创新意识、实践能力等方面对国内高校现阶段药学人才培养模式进行分析和总结；针对药学人才培养模式中存在的不足，从强化科研创新能力、训练实践应用能力、加强具有创新思维的师资力量、开展多元化教育四个方面对创新型药学人才的培养模式给出相应的建议，以期对以后的药学人才培养产生积极性影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pharmacy is a subject that requires students’ comprehensive ability. With the development of the society and the continuous improvement of the economic level, the society’s demand for pharmacy talents is becoming higher and higher. However, at present, the domestic universities’ training mechanism for pharmaceutical talents is not perfect and cannot meet the social need for innovative pharmaceutical talents. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current training mode of pharmaceutical talents in domestic universities from the aspects of innovation consciousness and practical ability. In addition, in view of the deficiencies in the pharmaceutical talent training mode, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of strengthening scientific research innovation ability, strengthening practical application ability, improving teacher’s creative thinking, and carrying out diversified education, etc., in order to provide a reference for future pharmaceutical talent training.更多还原
