【Abstract】 With the development of information technology and the rapid rise of new media, the social environment and information dissemination ecology faced by college students are undergoing profound changes,which brings severe challenges to the party building work of college students. It is necessary to objectively examine the new changes faced by the party building work in colleges and universities under the new media environment,and actively explore the logical way to carry out the party building work in colleges and universities.
