【Abstract】 Labor education, also called education on the hardworking spirit, is an important part of the education system with Chinese socialism. Graduate students of basic scientific research are a vital talent reserve in China. Guiding them to respect labor and set up correct labor values plays an important role in forming correct view of career choice and labor attitude of love and dedication. At present, the training of postgraduates focuses on the acquisition of professional knowledge and the mastery of professional skills, and does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of labor values. This paper expounds the importance and urgency of practicing labor education in colleges and universities in the new era. Furthermore, taking the graduate students of Institutes of Biology and Medical Sciences of Soochow University as the object, we explore the specific strategies of explicit and implicit infiltration of labor education in the process of theoretical learning and experimental skill training of students after admission.更多还原
