【摘要】 特殊教育提升计划实施以来，特殊教育学校各方面均得到了较好的发展，但仍有诸多问题需要进一步解决。研究通过问卷与访谈的形式，对特殊教育学校及教师的发展状况等进行了调查，结果显示特殊教育学校存在转岗教师较多且年龄偏大、无编制的教师较多且师生比偏大、教师专业培训内容有待完善、个别化教育计划和康复训练缺乏、学前与职业教育薄弱等问题。建议相关部门针对这些问题，通过加强师资队伍建设、开展分类培训、推进个别化教育与康复训练、发展学前与职业教育等方式进行提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the implementation of the special education promotion plan, all aspects of special education schools have been well developed, but there are still many problems to be solved. The research group has conducted surveys on the development status about special education schools as well as teachers through questionnaires and interviews. The results show that there are many problems in special education schools, such as more transferred teachers and older teachers, more teachers without staffing and larger teacher-student ratio, teachers’ professional training content to be improved, lack of individualized education plans and rehabilitation training, and weak preschool and vocational education. It is suggested that relevant departments should solve these problems by strengthening the construction of teaching staff, carrying out classified training, promoting individualized education and rehabilitation training, and developing preschool and vocational education.更多还原
