【摘要】 在21世纪，人才是竞争力的核心，随着我国经济与科技的快速发展，对创新型人才的需求也越来越紧迫。大学生作为创新人才的主力军，是建设创新型国家的后备军。在“新医改”“双创”教育背景下，医学类院校大学生创新创业教育成为目前研究探讨的热点领域。剖析了医学类院校大学生“双创”教育的现状及问题，结合滨州医学院“双创”教育实际工作情况，从“双创”教育课程体系设置、“双创”教育导师队伍建设、以创新创业大赛为载体激发学生的主观能动性、构建与市场接轨的创业孵化基地等几方面提出思考，为“双创”型医学高等人才培养提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talents is one of the cores of competitiveness. In the 21st century, there is an increasing demand for innovative talents with the development of science and technology and economy. College students are the main force of innovative talents and the reserve force for building an innovative country. Under the background of the “new medical reform” and innovation and entrepreneurship education, innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students in medical colleges has become a hot topic of research and discussion. This study analyzes the current situation and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical college students. Based on the actual situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education construction in Binzhou Medical University,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the following aspects, such as the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system, the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education tutor team, stimulating students’ subjective initiative by taking innovation and entrepreneurship competitions as carriers,and building an entrepreneurial incubation base in line with the market needs, so as to provide a reference for the training of medical talents under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education.更多还原
