新工科背景下材料类生产实习课程改革探索
Exploration on the Reform of Manufacture Practice Course of Material Majors under “3E” Background
【摘要】 新工科建设是我国为适应新型经济发展战略而提出的人才培养新要求。材料类专业是我国“卡脖子”工程的重灾区,是我国实现全产业链自主建设人才培养的关键。生产实习作为材料类专业产业化思维培养的重要课程,其课程体系构建和课程成绩及教学评价改革至关重要。以桂林电子科技大学材料科学与工程学院材料科学与工程专业生产实习课程为例,基于OBE理念的课程框架,总结了在课程改革过程中针对思想政治教育、创新实践教育和职业能力发展教育三个方面课程设计的措施和经验。针对新工科建设的特点,建立了具有评价和诊断双重功能的成绩评价体系,并通过该体系输出具有针对性的持续改进计划。
【Abstract】 The construction of “3E” is a new requirement of talent training in order to adapt to the new economic development strategy. Material majors are related to the major “bottleneck” projects of China and it is the key to realize the cultivation of talents for the independent construction of the whole industrial chain. Manufacture practice is an important course for the cultivation of industrialized thinking of material majors. The curriculum system construction and the reform of curriculum performance and teaching evaluation are very important. Taking the manufacture practice course of material science and engineering major in School of Materials Science and Engineering of Guilin University of Electronic Technology as an example, based on the curriculum framework based on OBE concept, this paper summarizes the measures and experience in the course design of ideological and political education, innovative practice education and vocational ability development education in the course reform. In view of the characteristics of “3E” construction, a performance evaluation system with the dual functions of evaluation and diagnosis is established, and a targeted continuous improvement plan is output through this system.
