【摘要】 随着我国新能源产业的不断发展，新能源汽车已成为国民经济和产业结构中的重要组成部分。我国正在不断加强新能源汽车的研发与制造，促进了新能源汽车走向全国普及的道路。在此背景下，我国新能源行业面临人才匮乏的严峻问题。高校作为人才培养的主要基地，应结合社会发展现状，加强新能源汽车人才培养，构建完善的人才培养制度，进一步推动新能源汽车带动我国经济及绿色产业的进步与发展。基于新能源汽车产业的发展现状，以及行业人才的需求和就业现状，分析了当前新能源汽车人才培养体系中存在的问题，构建了高质量的高校人才培养体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of China’s new energy industry, new energy vehicles have become an important part of the national economy and industrial structure. China is constantly strengthening the research and development and manufacturing of new energy vehicles, making China’s new energy vehicles on the road to national popularity. In this context, China’s new energy industry is facing the severe problem of talent shortage. As the main place of talent training, colleges and universities should face the current situation of social development, strengthen the talent training of new energy vehicles, build a good talent training system, and further promote the progress and development of new energy vehicles in China’s economy and green industry.
