【摘要】 针对大学教师在教学中所遇到的“教什么”和“怎样教”这两个问题，分析了大学教学目的和教学方式的本质，在此基础上提出了为使教学方式与教学目的完美配合而要求大学教师所应做的工作。分析指出，大学的教学目的是教会学生学习和思考的方法，应体现教育的人文性；课堂教学方式是一种艺术，应体现教师个性；教师应在课程准备、课程考核和课程内容及教授方式方面多做研究工作，而且在研究中要以教学目的为核心，体现教师的自主性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the two problems of “what to teach” and “how to teach” encountered by university teachers in teaching, the essence of college teaching purpose and teaching method are analyzed in this paper. On this basis, the paper proposes the work that university teachers should do to make the teaching method and the teaching purpose perfectly match. The paper points out that the purpose of university teaching is to teach students the methods of learning and thinking, which should reflect the humanistic nature of education. Classroom teaching is a kind of art, and should reflect the teachers’ personality. Teachers should do more research on course preparation,course assessment, course content and teaching methods, and the teaching purpose should be the core of the research, which reflects the autonomy of teachers.更多还原
