物理与电子类人才三融合培养模式构建与实践

【摘要】 教学团队在国家“双创”战略和高考大类招生背景下进行四年探索和实践,提出了“以提高创新创业能力为引领、提升毕业生竞争力和招生吸引力为目标”的人才培养理念,以及结合专业特点进行“课程融合、平台融合、队伍融合”的协同发展理念,构建了“双创引领、双力提升”物理学与电子信息类人才三融合培养模式。三融合人才培养模式全面提高了学生专业知识和动手能力,提升了毕业生竞争力和招生吸引力,培养了大批物理学和电子信息类双创型人才。

【Abstract】 Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” strategy and the background of the college enrollment policy of enrollment according to major categories, the teaching team, after four years of exploration and practice, puts forward the talent training concept of “taking the improvement of students’ innovation ability as the lead, and taking the improvement of the graduates’ competitiveness and enrollment attraction as the goal”, the collaborative development concept of “curriculum integration, platform integration, team integration”based on the professional characteristics, and builds the three-integration training mode of “being guided by mass entrepreneurship and innovation and promoted by the double forces” for the training of physics and electronic information talents. Based on this talent training mode, the students’ professional knowledge and practical ability have been comprehensively trained and improved, the graduates’ competitiveness and the enrollment attraction have been enhanced, and a large number of innovative talents in physics and electronic information have been trained.
